How to use
apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure, for added protection. Reapply every 1-2 hours or reapply after extended swimming, after excessive perspiration, towel drying, or extended sun exposure.
Warning: for external use only, not to be swallowed, avoid contact with eyes, and discontinue use if irritation or rash appears.
