You have three days from the date of receiving any order to submit a request to return it, and the return is according to the following:
If you received a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact the customer service center or communicate through our social media pages within 24 hours.
The product will be checked. If we confirm that the product is not used, the value of the product will be returned to you.
You will be responded within 24 hours of receiving the product
When is a return not possible:
If the product is worn out, damaged or not in the same condition as you received it
If the product was exposed to factors that spoiled it (such as sunlight, poor storage conditions, …. etc.)
If the return is requested outside the specified time frame, which is three days
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, your funds will be automatically refunded using the appropriate payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for us to process and send the refund as well.
Return Process Requirements
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
If during the inspection process we find that the returned product is free from the reason stated in your order or use, no refund will be given and the product will be returned to you.
How is the product returned?
The product shall be returned with all its accessories and the free gift attached to it and in the same condition in which it arrived
Who pays the return shipping fee?
The customer bears the cost of return unless the product is incorrect. Alfayasel Laboratories store bears the cost of return shipping
